Over the past few years the Mobile Internet has been positioned as the next great frontier for the growth of the Internet. However, the adoption and usage of the mobile Internet has been modest at best. This begs the question, if the mobile Internet holds so much promise, why is the adoption so low? The answer lies in the fact that the mobile Internet needs to do more than just mobilize the current Internet. The mobile Internet connects all things and all people and creates a personalized, context aware experience. Knowledge of who a who a person is, what they are doing, and location is are the missing ingredients that will jumpstart the mobile Internet. This presentation will provide a vision for what a context aware Internet will look like, highlight the key building blocks and provide recommendations on how companies in the mobile Internet ecosystem can benefit from this upcoming trend
